Lisa Daugherty is a legacy-minded leader, coach, and founder of the 13 Million Minutes Movement—a lifestyle and consulting platform built to help women (and men) step into their next season with clarity, courage, and conviction.
Following her retirement in May 2022 from a 30+ year career at Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe-joining solutions, Lisa felt called to channel her decades of leadership into a new mission: guiding others to align their time, talents, and purpose in a meaningful way.
At Victaulic, Lisa most recently served as Director of Business Excellence, mentoring cross-functional teams, developing high-impact strategies, and leading initiatives focused on Voice of the Customer. She also served as Director of Customer Care, where she built customer-first standards and empowered teams to deliver world-class service and operational growth.
Lisa’s professional foundation is deeply rooted in mentorship, service, and people-centered leadership—qualities she now brings to her clients through the CLAST Lifestyle Framework: Connect, Learn, Activate, Serve, and Thrive.
Beyond her corporate contributions, Lisa has remained actively engaged in the Greater Lehigh Valley community for more than 30 years, particularly through her enduring partnership with the United Way, where she has served in numerous leadership roles including National Employee Campaign Chair, Tocqueville Cabinet Member, Women’s Leadership Council Member, and Loaned Executive.
Now, as a coach and consultant, Lisa is passionate about helping others define what’s next—offering the tools, support, and strategy to live boldly, lead authentically, and build a legacy that lasts.
