Lisa Daugherty is a legacy-minded coach, consultant, and founder of the 13 Million Minutes Movement—a lifestyle platform designed to help individuals step into their next season with clarity, courage, and purpose.

After retiring in 2022 from a 30+ year leadership career at Victaulic, where she served as Director of Business Excellence and Director of Customer Care, Lisa transitioned her passion for mentoring and strategic development into transformational coaching. Her work centers around the CLAST Lifestyle Framework—Connect, Learn, Activate, Serve, Thrive—guiding clients to design lives aligned with their values, vision, and legacy.

She has also remained deeply committed to service through her 30+ year partnership with the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, serving in roles such as National Employee Campaign Chair and Tocqueville Cabinet Member.

Now, as a coach and consultant, Lisa is passionate about helping others define what’s next—offering the tools, support, and strategy to live boldly, lead authentically, and build a legacy that lasts.
